To protect your online safty, please use latest version of your browsers, and enable TLS1.2 or above
protocols.
If you are running an older browser, you need to enable the browser's TLS 1.2 or above protocols to help
with page viewing.
For security, it is always recommended to upgrade your operating system and browser to be inline with
industry standards.
Here is how to turn off TLS 1.1 in IE, Chrome and Firefox.
(1) Internet Explorer:
Launch Internet Explorer, click the“Tools”, and select “Internet options” from the dropdown menu.
Click the“Advanced”tab, and scroll down to “Security”section.
Deselect“TLS 1.1”; select “TLS 1.2”and“TLS 1.3”.
Click“OK”to accept your changes, which should take effect immediately. (You may need to refresh your
browser.)
(2) Google Chrome:
It is recommended to upgrade chrome to version 84 or higher.
Only the Windows 7 operating system requires the following settings:
Open Google Chrome, click the menu button which is in the upper right of the browser and is
indicated by three horizontal dots, and click“Settings”from the dropdown menu.
Scroll down to“Advanced”.
In the“System”section, click“Open your computer's proxy settings”.
Click the“Advanced”tab, and scroll down to“Security”section.
Deselect“TLS 1.1”; select “TLS 1.2”and“TLS 1.3”..
Click“OK”to accept your changes, which should take effect immediately. (You may need to
refresh your browser.)
(3) FireFox:
In the address bar, type“about:config”and hit enter.
If you see the“Proceed with Caution”page, click the blue“Accept the Risk and Continue” button.
In the“Search”field, enter“tls”. Find and double-click the entry for
“security.tls.version.min.
Set the integer value to“3”to force a minimum protocol of TLS 1.2 .
