- To protect your online safty, please use latest version of your browsers, and enable TLS1.2 or above
protocols.
- If you are running an older browser, you need to enable the browser's TLS 1.2 or above protocols to help
with page viewing.
- For security, it is always recommended to upgrade your operating system and browser to be inline with
industry standards.
- Here is how to turn off TLS 1.1 in IE, Chrome and Firefox.
(1) Internet Explorer:
- Launch Internet Explorer, click the“Tools”, and select “Internet options” from the dropdown menu.
- Click the“Advanced”tab, and scroll down to “Security”section.
- Deselect“TLS 1.1”; select “TLS 1.2”and“TLS 1.3”.
- Click“OK”to accept your changes, which should take effect immediately. (You may need to refresh your
browser.)
(2) Google Chrome:
It is recommended to upgrade chrome to version 84 or higher.
Only the Windows 7 operating system requires the following settings:
- Open Google Chrome, click the menu button which is in the upper right of the browser and is
indicated by three horizontal dots, and click“Settings”from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to“Advanced”.
- In the“System”section, click“Open your computer's proxy settings”.
- Click the“Advanced”tab, and scroll down to“Security”section.
- Deselect“TLS 1.1”; select “TLS 1.2”and“TLS 1.3”..
- Click“OK”to accept your changes, which should take effect immediately. (You may need to
refresh your browser.)
(3) FireFox:
- In the address bar, type“about:config”and hit enter.
- If you see the“Proceed with Caution”page, click the blue“Accept the Risk and Continue” button.
- In the“Search”field, enter“tls”. Find and double-click the entry for
“security.tls.version.min.
- Set the integer value to“3”to force a minimum protocol of TLS 1.2 .
